    be the basis for a section of the ANSI/HI
    Pump Standards
•  Author of multiple internal design standards,
    including comprehensively parametric SolidWorks
    models and a 40 page document that dictates
    the standard method of design for discharge heads
•  Created a collection of Access/Excel/VBA programs
    that stores empirical test data, normalizes said
    data, and generates hydraulic curves for the ~100
    standard turbines in the product line
•  Member of the Material Review Board, daily make
    1-2 drawings to repair non-conforming parts
